Self-Compassion In Action

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion based
coaching, trainings and workshops

If you are a leader, educator, caregiver or helping professional we know that including yourself in the circle of care can be a challenge.

Our services are here to support you and your teams to make your approach to the important work you do more sustainable.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported program to improve well-being that goes beyond the traditional understanding of self-care. It offers a portfolio of practical tools and perspectives that can be used on-the-spot in stressful moments, no stepping away needed.

Self-compassion is a trainable skill, and is associated with increased health and well-being, healthy work-life balance, feeling more competent at work, and resilience.

Welcome. We are Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teachers, and practitioners with specialties in self-compassion, mindfulness, emotional health, and embodiment.
